Entry appeared clean - breakfast area remained closed off with tables and chairs on top. Front desk clerk was rude and difficult to understand. We had noted there would be 3 in our room however when we c hecked in the record showed only 2 so he was determined to see who was staying in our room and I paid for the extra guest. Our room only had two full sized bath towels and when we asked for 3 clean towels the next evening they were determined to have the dirty towels turned into them first. We asked for kleenex to be placed in the bath counter when space was designated for a box and were told they did not hand out kleenex only toilet paper. Only one bar of soap - no shampoo or washrags for the shower. Clean towels were the small towels not the bigger bath towels. We had family come by to visit and hotel personnel kept watching like we were trying to do something illegal. Never again will we stay there!!!!
