I visit several times per year but this time I had to park on the street which cost me 3 tickets and over $150. Staff always great. no ramp up entrance for luggage & no more "happy" hour. Great location.

Under construction. Wasnโ€™t able to use pool or facilities. Manager at front desk blamed me for not knowing about pool in a very rude and condescending way. Was t worth the money even if it had a pool. Run down slightly grungy room.

Hotel in midst of renovations....

We have stayed at Jerusalem gardens a few times before, but this time we were disappointed. When making our booking we did note that there would be no pool or exercise room because of renovations. However we soon discovered that there were a few other drawbacks to the renovations, including significant noise starting 8:30AM, which made it impossible to stay in our room; and no parking available. The breakfast was barely average. Other things that one expects from decent hotels -- like internet and the ability to checkout at noon were not available.
