Hotellet er veldig koselig. Det er teppe på rommene og det rant litt dårlig i vasken på badet. Det blir varmt om natten når vinduet ikke kan åpnes. Sengene til de voksne var fantastiske, mens køyesengene til barna var litt harde. Frokostsalen er liten når hotellet har mange gjester og mange kommer samtidig når frosten stenger kl 0930 på hverdager i ferier.

Läget är perfekt mitt i centrum, fri parkering på Nordstan. Vi bodde i den äldre delen av hotellet. Rummet var litet och väldigt mörkt. Det finns taklampor som man tänder med knapp jämte dörren. Antingen är det tänt eller så är det mörkt. Man kan inte tända och släcka taket från sängen. De små sänglamporna lyser väldigt svagt och ger inget ljus annat så man kan skönja sängen. Badrummet litet och den minimala duschdelen skyddar inte mycket. Dessutom är den väldigt snuskig med svart mögel längs listen. Fuktskador i taket. Sängen är riktigt bra, men vi såg när vi skulle hem att madrasskyddet har stora äckliga fläckar. Varför byter man inte det, när man bäddar rent? Frukosten är som en vanlig hotellfrukost innehållsmässigt, men logistiken fungerar inte. Det är en lång disk, där man ska hämta allt utom bröd och frukt. Alla får stå i samma kö och den blir lång. Man skulle väl kunna placera kaffe och juice på ett separat bord, istället för samma långa disk som allt det andra. Matsalen är ganska liten, så många får sprida ut sig till hotellobbyn och baren för att hitta sittplats.
