The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The room was a fair value and large. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I stayed 5 nights and my room was never cleaned even though I brought it to their attention. Additionally, there was no syrup for the waffles at breakfast. While it seems like a silly detail, how is that not quickly remedied? I was charged more to extend for a 5th night and was not able to do so through the front desk. All in all, the staff could have been more accommodating.

The room was clean and we were able to use Jacuzzi one night. There was no syrup with the waffles and the jacuzzi was not very hot which was very disappointing. Additionally, we stayed a total of 5 nights and the room was never cleaned and we had to request towels at the Front Desk. Originally, we booked 4 nights and were charged more to add a 5th night. After I asked for them to clean the room on the 4th night, it was still not done. The property was nice, the room was spacious and clean but the service was not good.

The Goods: The staff was AMAZING! We felt for the front desk clerk for it was her first night alone and everything that could go wrong did for her but she still managed to help her guest the best she could. The crew the next morning apologized for our poor stay. The Texas waffle was the BOMB! We didn't get to enjoy the pool, the hot tub or the gym. The Bads: The room still had dog food all over the floor, the room had NO hot water, and the coffee maker was not all there. The credit card machine messed up when we paid for the pet deposit. It showed it declined but instead it charged and we had to pay in cash too because the clerk was new and didn't know what to do after already being stressed out with all the other problems happening.
