Impeccable garden and walkways between buildings. However in dire need of major facility upgrade. First room we got was terrible, mold stench coupled with sewer smell from below and smoke from next door. Wanted to cancel the 2nd day and move to a different hotel but the staff gave us an upgrade to a more spacious, well-lit room. Stayed two nights in total. Beautiful gardens and friendly staff

3 nuits dans une chambre qui n’avait rien à voir avec les photos de base. Très vieux à l’intérieur, énormément d’humidité partout dans la chambre. Des fuites d’eau du voisins qui arrivaient dans notre entrée, quand a l’odeur je n’en parle même pas! Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortable. La piscine de l’hôtel est vieillissante, beaucoup de travaux à prévoir pour la remettre en état. Le personnel est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est top! En revanche, pas de bar comme annoncé dans l’application. Très très décevant!!! Je ne recommande absoluement pas, si ce n’est pour l’emplacement qui est proche de tout

Very central and good value property with nice gardens and friendly staff. Looks a bit run-down in areas, especially by the pool with many cracked and broken slabs, some of which have dangerous, sharp edges. My bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the rooms are poorly insulated for noise. However, all things considered it's a good resort for the price.

너무 멋진 곳이었어요. 풀빌라에서 2박을 했고, 풀빌라의 수영장은 수심이 깊었어요. 메인풀장은 점점 수심이 깊어지는 수영장이었고, 크진 않지만 좋았어요~ 조식은 먹을게 없어요. 가끔 컵에 바퀴벌레가 있을 수 있으니 잘 확인하세요~ 그리고 빌라에 개미가 너무 많아요~ 시설은 오래됐지만 직원들은 정말 모두 친절해요~ 주의! 비가오면 길이 매우 미끄럽습니다. 그리고 문이 두군데 있으니 양쪽을 모두 가보세요~ 몽키포레스트 반대쪽에 마사지 많아요~ 그리고 호텔 금방에 세탁소도 있는거 같았어요~ 이용해보지는 않아서 어떤지 모르겠어요~ 편의점도 여러개 있습니다. 아! 그리고 몽키포레스트 가는길에 타코집이 정말 맛있어요~ ^^

モンキーフォレスト通りの入口から入ると部屋が一番奥で、急な坂道がかなり多くて遠くかったです。その上雨が降っていたのでとても怖くて危険に感じました。 朝食は雨が降っていたので道が怖くて行くのをやめました。 お年寄りや足の悪い方にはこのホテルは避けた方がいいと思います。 しかしビスマ通りの入口からだと、私の泊まった部屋はすぐだってので坂道を歩かなくていいので助かりました。 朝食のレストランに行くには必ず坂道があるので大変でした。

Hotel grounds are gorgeous. If you have any accessibility needs it may not be a good fit for you as there are some steep parts of the resort and there’s a bit of walking to do to get around to the pool, etc. Really awesome location though! My room is as a bit on the older side but met my needs for a quick and basic stay.

The staff in Bali are always lovely and this place was no exception. Breakfast setting was great, overlooking the pool. Location was great. Nice and close to live music venues and great places to eat. Short walk to temple and markets. All good!!
