We arrived at night time to the serenity of this cabin and the sleep was incredible being out in the countryside. Waking up to the highland cows in the morning right outside of the window was magical. The price at $150 usd a night is a little high but the experience and peace and worth it.

What a fabulous little place. The lodge was very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The area is great with lots of things to do locally, and easy access to Edinburgh as well as seaside resorts such as North Berwick. The hosts were lovely, really friendly and helpful, and the best bit....there are highland coos in the garden!!!! Just fantastic, cannot wait to visut again 😀

Wonderful stay! Room is clean and cosy. Bed is comfortable. The kitchen (in the room) has everything you need to cook your own meal. Heddington is nice small town which is only 20 minutes drive to Edinburgh. We highly recommend this bnb and we will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Edinburgh.

Clean with all necessary amenities and great views. Safe and the area is quiet, however the walls are thin and you can hear the people in the adjacent room. Quick and easy drive to town or a decently long but doable walk. The cows were fun to see but you can't pet them. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
