Filthy Floors!

It was a disappointing stay. Very dingy place. The carpets were so filthy! And the place was just not well maintained. The only good thing in this hotel is the beds. They were comfortable… that’s it

As usual, a wonderful stay. We scored room 116, very small but I've been in smaller. It was perfectly clean, the bed is good and it has one of the most beautiful, pristine vintage bathrooms I've ever seen. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the whole stay was a joy.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The convenience to the beach and attractions was great. The actual room itself was outdated, had an odor, the bathroom shower curtain had mold stains all over it as well as the shower head. I felt like I needed a shower after my shower. Not cheap for a room in this condition but more affordable than some other places on the strip. Next time will spend a little more and stay in a more updated and clean establishment.

Not bad for the price you pay.

The staff is super nice and friendly. Allowed us to check in and did not charge us a fee for early check in like they usually do as we drove about four hours. Pool area was clean with an area for little kids. Close to the beach and boardwalk too. Only downfall? The carpets were damp feeling, left black residue on the kids’ feet and the sink in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall. Other than that, it was a quiet stay, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. For the price we paid, we don’t have any other complaints besides the carpet and the sink. We’re stay here again if they fix the above mentioned issues.

We came for a short stay at the beach and were quite surprised at how outdated the rooms were. (However...this is out first beach stay so we did not have much to go on for comparison..) parking was VERY tight, the pool had a lot of sea gull feathers floating in it, the sink in our bathroom was literally falling off the wall...it was disheartening. On the plus side, the staff was nice and it was only a block away from beach access.

The property has a great location and on- site parking. The pool was nice and clean. Overall, the property is showing it's age and has not been renovated. The room was mostly clean, but had very old uncomfortable furniture and cheap memory foam mattresses. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette is in desperate need of renovation. Air conditioning worked well. None of the lamps in our bedroom worked. In summary, this place is acceptable to stay at if you are on a small budget and plan to be mostly out of the motel room anyway.

Great location with no frills.

Loved the location of this retro motel. Pool was clean but it closing at 7:30 every night was a bummer. Offered grill on site but were dirty and rusted. You had to request daily room cleaning, which included fresh towels and trash removal. Kitchen was cute but had limited dishes, no bowls, very few pieces of silverware, and you must bring everything from dish detergent to salt and pepper. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for cheap getaway.
