Had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service overall. Near shopping malls, and easy access to taxi or Uber for a trip to other parts of the city. Clean, modern, excellent staff, all spoke English. The only drawback is that New Taipei City is a fair distance from the main train station and Taoyuan Airport, so one must use either the MRT or taxis for most tours. But definitely a good hotel in all other respects.
