Front desk was awkward, no eye contact. Seem to bot like to talk. Dis not hive info about bfast times. Bfast attendant started clearing out by 8:45 no refills as early as 8:30. Very poor service. Room kitchen had 1 plate and 1 fork. This place is not good.

The room is quite large but the furniture needs to be renewed, they are old. The outside environment, stairs, corridor are very dirty, needs cleaning. The receptionist who welcomed us did not even get up. He was very sullen, as if to say, Why did you come? What are you doing here? But he still took care of our business.

Continental breakfast was good, concierge was very friendly and polite. The hidden $250 hold fee was distasteful and uncalled for, the pool not being opened was not a good thing. What if we did not have that $250 would we of been turned away from our room we had paid in full in advanced and then been told no refund. Our room had a bad smell when walking in the door(always), just lingering in the entrance of the sitting room

This was the worse place I ever stayed in my life. We paid over $200 a night and it was the most filthiest dirtiest place… Could not even get another room on the first floor due to us being in handicap was very disappointed. Will also post this on yelp. They did offer a place on the second floor, but due to My Sister’s bad knees we were not able to take it, but that was a little cleaner…. I could not even get my money back because I booked it through you guys. disappointed. They did try to send an Girl to clean, but the place is just so filthy from not keeping up maintenance and not having a clean on a regular basis. I have 28 pictures if you need more unbelievable!!!!! I forgot to tell you the carpet was filthy too had to leave shoes… could not walk on carpet outside the room was stains of gum and cobwebs all over in the front.

The only issue we had was regarding our early check-in request. We requested early check-in (three times with three different phone calls) and seemed to get a different story with each phone call. The first on-site person I spoke to claimed there were no guarantees, but he "noted the reservation" with the request (it was the day before we arrived). The second on-site person I called mentioned that there was no note on the reservation, so he "noted the reservation" and said I would get a text message as soon as the room was ready (it was early in the morning the day of our check-in, he felt confident our room would be ready at least a little early, but I never received any text messages or automatic updates). My third request for an early check-in was upon arrival, just one hour before check-in (we arrived 2:00pm for the 3:00pm check-in). Once again, I was told there was an automated early check-in system, but our reservation was not "in line". Our reservation was added once again (or so I was told) and we waited in the lobby until 2:45pm, when our early check-in was finally ready (15 mins early). We were verbally notified, but still never received any text messages or automated messages. Throughout the process, all we wanted was a realistic idea of the possibility of an early check-in, but felt as though we were mislead and our requests were never properly recorded, despite our efforts.

I read the good reviews and saw the reasonable rates, so I took a chance and booked a week at this hotel. It was the worst lodging experience of my life. The rooms and amenities are nice enough. The problem is that this place contains a basketball court in the center courtyard. I don't know who thought this was a good idea, but kids (and young men who look like they really should be at work or school) are constantly bouncing basketballs throughout the day, and the hotel does NOTHING about it. On April 26, I heard the sound of basketballs dribbling from 8:48 AM until 9:09 PM. If you want one iota of rest or peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. You have been warned.

The rooms were clean, excellent temperature control. I was disappointed because we had to go back to front desk for sheets and set of towels for the child we mentioned was part of our party. I did expect more out of the complimentary breakfast. Coffee was decent.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and neat. My kids loved it as they had space to run around, especially my little toddler. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel could be really great. I loved the location, the apartment set-up and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, as soon I walked into the room, I realized that it hadn't been cleaned properly. I found pills and used ear plugs on the floor and there were food encrusted handprints on the kitchen cabinets. I was only staying one night and had already unpacked, otherwise, I would have requested another room.

My family booked a 2 bedroom suite, which would have the 3 beds we needed. When we arrive, the hotel told us they were oversold and only had a 1 bedroom suite, with 2 beds, available. It was too late to find other accommodations, so we took it and our daughter slept on couch cushions on the floor. In the room, the handle to the bedroom door was broken and the sofa bed had some hairballs on it when we opened it up. There were only towels for 2 people, not 4. We were only staying one night and had a late family event, so we just worked with what we had and left early the next morning. We did get a refund for the room price difference, but it was definitely disappointing. We also tried to speak with the manager when we arrived, but could not get his attention and needed to get to our event.
