Breakfast variety and quality are too low, worse than other hotels with the same star level. Access to swimming pool is not convenient. Once in the gym, you may not be able to return to the lift with your room card. Funny design.

L'emplacement n'est pas extraordinaire, MAIS ce sont des appartements de très bon standing avec des belles prestations, chambres à part, salon très confortable et beau design, sdb, une cuisine avec grand frigo, plaques et machine à laver le linge. Le personnel est très sympa. J'y ai fait une quarantaine préventive covid et ils me livraient tout ce que je souhaitais.

ホテルというよりアパートメントで、生活に必要な器具が設置されています。 以前6年間このアパートで住んだことがあり、その後も数度ホテルとして利用しています。 何といっても便利なのは、乾燥機付き洗濯機やキッチンが有り、溜まった洗濯物をここで処理できることです。部屋は、通常ベッドルーム、キッチン、リビング、浴槽付き浴室があり、広々としています。 設備は少し古いですが、最近改装を続け、室内は清潔に保たれています。設備のトラブルにはエンジニアと呼ばれるスタッフ

Bra opphold for 3 voksne og et lite barn. Etterlyste en barneseng men den klarte de ikke å skaffe fordi nøkkelen til lageret var brukket (?) de 10 dagene vi bodde der. Hotellet er i samme bygg som mange gode restauranter, både kinesisk og europeisk mat.

価格的には、割安感はないが、ある程度、中国に慣れているなら、部屋の広さや立地など、快適に泊まれる手頃なアパートメントホテルだと思う。また自炊しなくても、それなりのメンテナンスがされていて、清潔感や広さ、明るさもあって十分快適に過ごせると思う。立地的には、地下鉄駅は、そう不便と感じるほどではないが、日本人の感覚では少し遠い。タクシーを利用するなら何ら問題は無い。あるいは自動車利用ができるなら（レンタカーでも）、地理的にも分かりやすい場所だ。ホテル前のロータリーはいつも渋滞するが、エントランスが狭いわけではないので、入りやすい。ホテルの建物も隣接した大きなビルがないため見つけやすい。空港へも、賓江道などの繁華街へも、どこへも行きやすい。自炊するなら、1階には小さな日本食材の揃ったスーパーもあり、言葉が分かるなら、少し離れているが英国系？のスーパーのテスコもある。ホテル前の公園の横にも日系のコンビニがある。部屋もこの価格なら十分すぎるほどの広さで、ゆっくりとできる。スタッフも親切な人が多く、安心感がある。豪華さや高級で丁寧なサービスを求めないなら、またある程度不自由なく行動できるなら（言葉や手配など）、最適なホテルだと思う。特に家族、グループ利用は最適だと思う。

快適な宿泊だった

長期滞在や日本食の自炊を望むなら（1階の食料品店はまだ営業しており、食材調達も贅沢を言わなければ、ほぼ揃う。鮮度は期待しないこと）、うってつけのホテルだと思う。今回は、朝食付きではなかったので（手配間違いだったが）、朝昼夜とすべて自炊でまかなった。調理器具、食器は必要最低限が備わり、乾燥機付き洗濯機も重宝した。バスルームとシャワールームが別個にあり、ダイニングスペース、応接スペース、寝室と独立しており、開放感があった。部屋からの眺望も圧迫感がなく、明るく清潔な部屋だった。包丁の切れが悪いこと（これはいつものこと、どの部屋でも）、箸が備わっていないことぐらいが不満なだけだった。それから、このホテルもそうだが、いつも男性スタッフの親切さが変わらない。ロケーションは、土地勘と慣れによると思うが、自動車があれば文句なしだと思う。

料金、設備、サービスとも、とても満足でした。マンションなので、ホテル形式のサービスをお求めの方には少し違和感もあるかも知れませんが、部屋も清潔で、スーパーや飲食店も充実しているので、長期から短期まで快適に利用できると思います。日本人も多く住まれているようなので、スタッフも日本人なれてます。また利用したいです。

ホテルの内容は値段相応、朝食が少しがっかり。天津駅から近く市内中心部にあり立地はバツグン！１Fにコンビニ、B1Fに居酒屋があり外に出なくとも十分でした。２名で宿泊、２ベッドルームでしたが片方の部屋のベッドが狭い。出来れば同タイプを置いてくれればなお、ベスト。

部屋は暖房の効きが悪いぐらいの広さがあり、またサウナ、ジム、プールといったそん色のない設備も有り、家族での連泊に最適だと思う（暖房は何台か付属しているが効きが悪い。以前利用した部屋も同じだった。サウナは温度がなかなか上がらないので注意が必要。温水のようだがプールは昼頃に利用しないと冬は冷たい。）調度品、什器は、可なし、不可なし、まあそんなものだろうか。困ることはないものが揃っていた。ただし丼ぶり茶碗が無かったので不便だった。流しの水道水の流れが悪かったので洗い物がしにくかった。以前宿泊した時の部屋も同じだった。浴室は蛇口の勢いも申し分なく快適だった。ルームメイクは担当の方によりマチマチ。雑な人、丁寧な人、色々と居た。眺望は部屋毎に大きな差がある。これは選んだ方が良い。朝食は日本人向けとしては良い方だと思う（だいたい同じものだが私は飽きなかった。目玉焼きは良かった）。ベッドは堅め。フロントは日本語は駄目。しかし英語はOK。困ることは無い。利用者に日本人が多いためか、愛想はOK。皆、親切だと思う（特に男性スタッフは）。他の中国のホテルのような嫌な思いはしない。1階の食料品店は、野菜や肉などが日本と同じように小分けしてあり、利用しやすい。米なども小袋サイズで売られている。かなり高めで、野菜も肉類も中国で売られているものと同じような品質だが。歩いて20分ほどの所に大きなスーパーが有るが、結局、たくさん買う羽目になったり、和食用の食材も無かったりで無駄な買い物になるので、短期滞在や旅行での宿泊なら、1階の食料品店の方が利用しやすい。近くにセブンイレブンだったと思うがコンビニもあるが生鮮食料品は置いていない。目の前に小さな公園も有り、ある程度中国語を理解できれば、交通の便も良い場所に立地している。ちなみに宿泊した部屋は、ベッドルーム2、浴室2、リビング、台所、クローゼット、廊下があり、短期滞在では勿体ないぐらいの広さだった。中国の建物は老朽化が早いが、それを考慮すると比較的に手入れは良い方だと思う。エレベーターも宿泊客用の2台は綺麗に使われている（スタッフ用の1台は汚い）。2階の中国料理のレストラン（店名は忘却）は、高くて、味も合わなかった。他は行っていないが（1階も含めて）、お客がどこも少なかった。1階のパン屋は繁盛しているようだった。市中や繁華街、交通量の多い大きな道路に面した中国のホテルは、だいたい夜間の騒音が気になるが、そういった面では立地から見ても静かなホテルだと思う。安全安心、寛げると言う点では、料金から見ても、申し分ないのではないだろうか。
