Just relax and enjoy!

Great hotel. Loved the pool area and the breakfast area. Easy walk into the main town. Very clean room, nice staff, and on-site parking. Just what we needed after a hectic travel day.

Great stay!

Lovely hotel and near the centre. Varied breakfast and great selection of drinks and snacks for throughout the day. Staff were helpful and everything was clean and tidy.

Ok hotel in Sirmione, outside the castle

The service and the location is good. We had a deluxe room but the bathroom was a bit worn with a broken toiletrollholder and damaged cabinet. There was a que and a bit of waiting to get a table for breakfast. Parking in the basement is expensive but practical if you have a small car…

Excellent location for the hotel with the old town so close. Hotel looks a bit tired from the outside but inside it’s fine and the staff are well trained and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, with a huge range of options. The room was good, clean and the bed was comfortable. However the furniture in the room looks a bit tired and the bath-shower arrangement, fittings etc need upgrading.

This is a terrific hotel. The rooms are well-maintained and very clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and the pool is wonderful! They serve an excellent breakfast - served in a lovely outdoor setting during the summer months. Location is terrific - the bus is nearby, and everything on the peninsula is within walking distances stance. Prices are very reasonable.

A relaxed stay

The room and bathroom were okay, clean although a bit worn and rough. Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient to be able to park our car in the hotel’s own garage (surcharge of course but not too bad). Great location, it only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the old town.

Our room was in the 200’s and the hallway carpeting was stained for the entire length. The door handle to our bathroom fell off immediately upon entering the room. The bed was comfy, the balcony lovely and the outdoor patio breakfast wonderful for its food selection and atmosphere. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to the lake for a swim or to town for eating or shopping. Parking garage was extremely helpful in a town where everyone fights for a spot. A little more upkeep to the facility and it could top notch.

Hotels.com lied!

Hotels.com lied about this hotel. It was not elegant, it had no beach, and was a BIG disappointment. Trying to get into the underground garage was extremely difficult due to the turn and spaces were also difficult to maneuver. By the way, you must pay for parking because there is no parking outside of hotel except for employees apparently. Two days and two nights of parking was €40.In my room the desk, table and armoire were all scratched. In my friends room she almost got severely injured when she sat in the “armchair “ that the leg was broken. Thankfully, she is not a large or a heavy person and she was able to correct herself before she went backwards into the wall. Her room was being made up when we arrived, when it was finally ready, no one had turned on the air conditioning or plugged in the refrigerator. She had to move the desk herself to plug in the refrigerator. Lucky she’s in good shape and was able to do so. After all of these incidents, I went to get us 2 Apperol spritz. Benjamin, the Bartender had said they were gratis, however, they showed up on my bill check out. The following morning I got up, took a shower and found lots of ants all over floor heading up the desk and into bathroom. The front desk told me it would require an hour or two before they could change my room. We left,10 minutes later, the hotel called and required me to come and move my luggage into the new room so that they could clean my room. No compensation was offered. This hotel is a rotter

We were 2 families with Kids. Our room was decent, but the room of our friends was infested with ants. The hotel management tried to relocate them to a "house" outside the hotel but it was so bad that they decided to stay in the room (that was pre-paid already) and sleep with the ants... millions of ants. The staff at the lobby told us that they know about the problem since long time but the management of the hotel is not investing on the proper cleaning company to solve the issue... so in the meantime they rent their rooms at a high price without resolving the ant problem. I would not recommend this hotel until they solve their ants problem

Hotel only short walk from Sirmione old town. Nice area in the reception, and bar/breakfast area, nice breakfast. Pool area small but okay. When it comes to the room it is another history, we got room 124, which was announced with partly lake view, please se pictures, balcony have probaly not been cleaned in 2023. We paid 20 EUR extra per day for our dog (which is normal), I guess it is because of the cleaning, which is okay, but then you normal get a drink an eat bowl and food bowl, but here was nothing, we also ask for the second chair for the balcony, the lade in the reception promised to fix it, but it never happens. Wii I use the hotel again, maybe if I can get another room next time. Don´t accept room 124.

Hotellin sijainti lähellä Sirmionen vanhaa keskustaa ja linnaa. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hyvä aamupala. Mutta huone oli epäsiisti, kulunut ja nuhjuinen. Lisäksi löytyi hyönteisten raatoja sekä muutama elävä toukka. Vahvasti epäilemme hotellissa olevan lutikkaongelmaa.

Photos trompeuses, réalité des chambres lamentable

Les photos sur le site Hotels.com fournies par l'hôtel sont trompeuses et ne représentent pas du tout la réalité des chambres. Nous avons eu des chambres non rénovées dans un état lamentable. Hotels.com ne devrait pas laisser passer ce type de comportement par les hotels.

Hotel itself is really nice and modern, but the room does not fit the expectation unfortunately. The interior is really old and worn. In the bathroom, the tiles are broken,… At the breakfast there was no egg anymore and it was only 9:45 a.m, on the tables were bird droppings and on a plate we had egg remaining of another guest, seemed like the dishwasher didn’t clean right and the waitresses didn’t check.
