I want to thank Mr. Yassar for his kindness and support during our stay. The staff was very accommodating to our wishes and needs and very kind. I really enjoyed the breakfast there and the staff was kind enough to give us our breakfast as a take away for our very early morning flight. I also recommend the massage at the spa - it was the best massage I ever had!! It was really amazing. As a woman you will feel very safe here.

Hygene on the low. Extremely smelly room. So smelly that i had to complain and they accepted. And they kind of forced me to pay more to change to different floor. It is one of the best hotel in Baku to stay with great city view and sea view together. Breakfast spread was amazing, being vegetarian still did not face issue but yes definitely keeping in mind Indians tourist, more vegetarian Indian breakfast options to be included. It was our first marriage anniversary , a bottle of wine was arranged for us it was a very good gesture and highly appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean and regularly serviced. Washrooms had good heated tiling and 24x7 hot water availability

I had a lovely time here. The staff are polite and helpful. Any issues I had were dealt with quickly. The breakfast was much better than another 5 star hotel which I stayed in which shocked me. The executive room is quite spacious and the junior suite is a decent size. One thing in particular that impressed me was how they have filtered water station on each floor without the need to constantly ask for water bottles. The only critique if any was they need bathroom floor mats and a shower curtain. Overall would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Just remember if you are a big group and want 2 executive suites connected then dont. They don't have connected executive suites. You would have to speak to them before about connecting rooms.
