For the price and location which is quite central, it is a great find. But staff not really well trained yet in terms of customer service. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the drain in the bathoom. There is a water fountain on every floor which is a bonus. Didn't try their breakfast so cannot comment. Housekeeping partially made up the bed. Bathroom wasn't entirely cleaned and tidied. It has a lot going for it because of the decor and ambience and price but it lacks service standards which is a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located on a fairly busy, narrow street, making parking difficult (if you're driving) and creating noise from people shouting and talking outside. For a truly quiet stay, request a room overlooking the courtyard.
