I didn't like the fact I had to wait 2 hrs from check in to have a room, I sat in my car till ready. Then the room was still dirty stained up blankets and stuff all over floor. Also I was getting dressed for work and the man from office walks in my room and with master key

Since new management has taken over , my stay there was quite pleasant. It was very clean , quiet & with great customer service. My check in was quick & smooth. The new renovations they made are great. I would suggest this Hotel to others for a comfortable night stay as well.

The property was DIRTY and failed to honor my reservation...I reserved Two Q-Beds and they registered me in a King and when I got into the room, objected to the King the front desk clerk tried to act as if they didn't see my reservation was for 2-Q's. The manager finally admitted they had no two bed rooms, they were under maintenance due to water damage issues...I had to find another hotel! A Horrible Experience Due To Bestway Inn FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and Hotels.com & Expedia Grifting Desperate Customers!

The hotel was too disgusting to stay at. There was actual debris on the bed and within the sheets. Used bandaids with purulent drainage stuck to the wall. Some sort of condiment smear on the bedside table. Flies/bug guts smashed onto the walls. Staircase leading to room structurally impaired. Interior doors not secured to door frame.

Place needs renovation!!!! The rooms are disaster, burnt curtains, whole from smoking everywhere, all fans are noisy, blankets should be thrown away, etc. And it was Expedia's RECOMMENDATION!!!! Ban it from expedia until fixed. Cloak. No way for the international travellers
