What makes this hotel great is the staff. They are actually really nice people and they take good care of the hotel, considering the amount of traffic it gets. The hotel could use a corporate refresh soon, and some of the cleaning staff could be professionally trained, but other than that it's great. You'll like it. Oh yes, they could lose the manly scented body wash, ewe. Four stars. Five for service.
