Unlike other hotels in the area, this hotel is new and extremely clean but has its traditions. My OCD alert never rung a bell at this amazing hotel and we just loved it! Probably not the best place for kids, it’s for those who enjoy quietness and cozy atmosphere of doing nothing!

超級美麗的飯店，我們住的是房間有溫泉的房型，早餐餐都會幫我們安排在窗戶旁邊。最喜歡豐盛的早餐，每天都會有新鮮鰤魚生魚片。日本的生魚片超級好吃，我很喜歡員工都很有禮貌，我當時是去慶祝生日的，飯店有一位男性員工超級親切，從我們上桌開始就提供很溫暖的服務，他先是為我們打字翻譯，祝我生日快樂，並且提供了生日雞尾酒，然後當我詢問他是否有蛋糕可以購買時，他幫我詢問了廚房的人員表示沒有蛋糕，但最後當然很驚喜地幫我準備了一份小蛋糕慶生裝飾的非常美麗，這讓我印象深刻！我記得那位員工好像叫黑澤，他真的是非常好的人，希望飯店可以為此表揚他。房間還有房務人員細心地提供了一個毛巾做的生日蛋糕我真的好喜歡我在這裡度過一個溫暖愉快，而且難忘的生日非常喜歡這間飯店。

とても居心地が良い

温泉露天風呂付きのツインルームに２泊。客室が広く、風呂、トイレ、洗面所共にゆったりしたスペース。洗面所には流しが２つありそれぞれに大きな鏡がついていて良かった。清掃が行き届いていて客室だけでなく館内も清潔感がある。食事は、夕食に関して言えば 料理のレベルにばらつき？があるような印象を受けた。２泊目は非常に美味しかったが、最初の晩は料金からしたら、イマイチだった。モーニングビュッフェは種類が豊富でどれも美味しかった。伊豆ならではのニューサマーオレンジのババロア、金目鯛の味噌汁など特色あるモノがハ日替わりで並んでいて飽きない。特筆すべきはどのスタッフも非常に感じが良い。5つ星ホテルの高度にプロフェッショナルな接客態度とはまた違う、心からもてなしたい、客に心地良さを提供したいというハートが伝わってくる笑顔が気持ち良かった。さらにスタッフ全員がこの思いを共有しているように見えたのが素晴らしい。
