We liked the hotel. The location was a bit off but both bus and metro was nearby. It was also very cheap to go by uber. Breakfast was very good. Staff nice and friendly. The bed was good. Over all a really nice hotel!

Excellent stay at the property. The room was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom as well. My notes are just the lack of light but that's not enough to take a star off. Now, I removed a star from Staff just because of the cleaner that was shouting on her phone while cleaning the room opposite to mine. I could hear the whole conversation, and not only that, the housekeeping team shouts to each other asking if the other has XYZ... Very unconsidered of guests. Everyone at the desk was great specially Vasco who provided the expected great Portuguese hospitality service with a smile.

Vi hadde 4 netter på Hills Hotel, fra torsdag 30. oktober til mandag 3. november. Vi hadde bestilt superior rom, men hotellet gjorde en feil og sjekket inn noen andre på vårt rom. Da fikk vi suite for en natt, selv om suiten på Hills Hotel ikke er mye å skryte av. Når vi endelig fikk rommet vårt, var vi fornøyde med størrelsen på rommet. Air condition fungerte også fint. Derimot var det største minuset at Hills Hotel reklamerer med at rommene er lydisolerte, når de VIRKELIG ikke er det. Det var store mengder støy fra veien utenfor, og vi kunne høre de i naborommet snakke, selv med døren lukket. Det føltes som om vi hadde vinduet konstant åpent, med tanke på hvor mye støy fra veien. Ikke bra nok i mine øyne. En veldig rar løsning på rommene var på badet. Her har de valgt glassdør og glassvindu som gir fullt innsyn og ikke lydisolering hvis noen dusjer/er på do. Videre var de ansatte relativt hyggelige, men noen virket litt forhåndsdømmende, som var overraskende. Portugiserne er generelt hyggelige, er vår opplevelse. Hotellet ligger heller ikke så veldig sentralt. Det tar minst en halvtime å komme seg til de delene av Lisboa som er verdt å se. Heldigvis er Uber veldig billig i Portugal og en tur til/fra sentrum kostet rundt €5. Alt i alt: Et helt OK opphold. Hotellet er moderne, men visse ting trekker veldig ned. Kommer nok til å se på andre hoteller neste gang vi skal til Lisboa.
