Very good place calm, it needs alittle touch up in certain areas, but what it has right now, its a really nice and good and clean place

Overall very clean and convenient for trip. A couple of things where the property needs to improve: Warm water in shower took forever to come out and then it went to an extreme - burning hot that lasted only a few minutes. Also we had a pipe breakage issue in the building which shut off water supply for a couple of hours. Also WiFi on TV continued to disconnect consistently. The Arecibo property appears to still be under minor lower lever construction, not a big deal but inconvenient as had to use parking lot gate to exit building rather that main building doors.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was nice to have access to the parking garage. Not very interesting as a hotel but I think it would make a nice apartment. The water pressure in the shower was not very good. I only stayed one night & it served its purpose. No WiFi. The bed was comfy though & the mirrored closets are a nice touch.

It's evident that this flat isn't quite finished. The building itself is being renovated, and while this unit looked new, things were not complete. This may explain why we were the only folks in the entire building. Examples: outlets that didn't work, limited hot water, and a new ceiling fan in the living room that we couldn't turn on, which made sleeping on the pullout couch very hot. No A/C in that area, just the bedroom. It was a strange experience.

El Hotel se encuentra en remodelación y se percibe un olor fuerte a cemento hasta en el apartamento. Sin embargo, El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo, espacioso y el baño contaba con amenidades. Cuenta con un estacionamiento seguro y alto como para vehículos Pickup grandes, Un detalle: tuvimos problemas con la estufa (no encendió). Como recomendación, podrían tener café de cortesía instantáneo para dos personas como parte de los amenities. Otra recomendación, dejar saber que están en remodelación porque para personas asmáticas en estos momentos no es recomendable por el olor. Por último, el lugar tiene un gran potencial para convertirse en un Hotel Boutique hermoso, cómodo y con una propuesta única que podría brindar una experiencia acogedora, exclusiva y atractiva para sus visitantes.

En esta ocasión me cancelaron mi reservación, pero puedo dar una buena reseña de este lugar porque me he quedado anteriormente es muy accesible y tiene estacionamiento en lugares seguro tranquilo sin embargo esta última ocasión que hice reserva para el lugar tuvieron problemas con la electricidad en el edificio en que se encuentra el hotel y no pude quedarme pero cuando arreglen este problema es un excelente opción
