Thoughtful and smart room layout and design. Little touches that make the room traveler friendly. Check in and out was easy. Courteous and friendly staff. Only glitch was the room we were originally given was loud with adults and children in the hall, children jumping on furniture by the elevator and unleashed dog with the same party.
