Wouldn’t recommend

Breakfast had day old donuts coffee and stale bagels. The beds were hard there’s wood missing off most furniture and the bedding was stained and had cigarette burns. The room itself was cleanish but it’s pretty dingy and the pool was completely cloudy.

Amazing staycation.

Perfect vacation away from the city. Worked in comfort and quietness of my room. Spent time in a place I once called home DuQuoin. Will definitely to back.

We paid an unreasonable amount to stay at a property that desperately needs updated. It was very convenient to the Fairgrounds hence why we booked it but the bathroom hummed all night. The room smelled musty and we had the worst continental breakfast we have ever seen. For the rate we paid, we have stayed at some extremely nice hotels.

The property was within walking distance to the fairgrounds, which is where we were heading. I asked about places to eat that weren't chains and the person checking us in said they only had chain restaurants, except for Alongi's and another restaurant. But on the key card, there was a pizza place, Martel's, that only had two locations. Found out they only have take out or delivery, but did take out and it was great.
