This hotel is very modern and extremely clean. It’s about 10 minutes with traffic away from the airport and the hotel offers a complimentary hourly shuttle service to the airport. Beds are extremely comfortable. They also offer an included breakfast with some cooked meals, toast, coffee as well as an egg / omelette station. Around the hotel you have easy access to both the town (shops and restaurants) as well as the food market by the sea. Special mention for Janna on reception as she was extremely helpful

We’re not looking for amenities since we went there to be out seeing the attractions.What is important is their being extra nice, safe and clean. We are booked again to catch our flight out. The good - my plane was delayed 10 hours and there was a miscommunication but their van had been sent to pick me up even though I took a taxi. Rooms are clean and staff are generally friendly. The not good - if you tell people breakfast starts at 6:30am make sure it is ready. I arrived at 6:30am and it wasn’t and they offered me some rice and a couple sausages. The terrible - I asked them to arrange me a transfer from the hotel to El Nido. Price changed on the same day which I couldn’t be bothered arguing about as it was nominal. What isn’t ok is that they have an arrangement with a transport company that uses a filthy van with broken cup holder and vents and the air con doesn’t work. It only got worse from there. DO NOT book transport through the hotel as I think some of the staff might be on the take and think it’s acceptable to arrange sub standard transport for you.
