Milan Design week on business. Booked 1 bed, paid in full. Arrived allocated another room.It was a cheaper double room even though we paid for 1 bed suite. Worse was that the room had not been cleaned after previous guests left, was filthy and stank. Called Numa, was told that was all they had, we had to get to a meeting, told we can leave luggage in store room but it was full and not secure. None of the lockers worked because they had not replaced the batteries. Took luggage to mtg.No one called us back.After mtg, more frantic calls was told they can offer alternative 30 minutes away from centre. Had no choice but to take offer. They gave us another room the next day at original Central location. Had to check out at 11am but can only check in again in central at 3pm. Took luggage to lunch mtg. in central Milan. New room was supposedly an upgrade but still not the 1 bed that we paid for. It had double bed, no bedside tables, dirty windows with one glass pane broken and mould on the walls. Called again next morning at 10.30am and demanded refund. This was our final night and we had to be at airport for 5.30am.Told that to get refund we had to check out by 11am even though we paid in full for 3 nights. On principle we left and booked another hotel because Milan Design week was finished and there was availability.We paid for 3 nights, stayed 2, we never got what we paid for. Disgraceful.
