The apartment is very comfortable, close to 5th avenue, it’s also fresh and it has an elevator which comes very helpful when bringing your luggage. I would improve that to fumigate cause the mosquitoes come inside easily when opening the windows.

We had to reserve last minute stay, due to cancellation of our flight because of hurricane , the penthouse was beautiful, spacious and modern, we felt safe and Mary the property keeper was so helpful and caring, we had a bit of water leaking because of the storm for hurricane Beryl and she cleaned everything , again it was a hurricane cat 3! So it was minimum obvious. We felt safe and we will definitely stay there from now on, we didn’t mind walking few blocks to the beach or to the quinta avenida. We moved from a resort on the beach to this property and stayed 3 days and we loved it.

The apartment itself is not bad. Good location. Plenty of grocery stores and the beach is a short walk away. So is fifth avenue, the Shopping district. It is self check-in, But I didn't receive any instruction Until I got there and called them. The amenities are severly lacking. Barely any utensils and pots and pans for cooking. Not enough hangera Or towels. No beach towels. No place to do laundry and nowhere to hang laundry Either. The pool is not cleaned regularly. And there are only two chairs by the pool. Overall, the property needs better maintenance. If you are looking for a more luxury stay or a longer term stay (more Than a couple nights), I would not recommend staying here.

The unit we stayed in needed some cleaning. The windows were filthy, the baseboards in the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing and our towels were very stained. We did not have a coffee maker and the kettle was broken. The pool was full of leaves and there was green algae on the walls of the pool. The bar b q was unusable. Two of The lounge chairs on the roof top were broken. We voiced our concerns and no one reached out to us to address them. Unfortunately I will not return to this property nor will I recommend it.

Paper interior walls so you hear everything and vise versa. We stayed in main floor. You don't know what suite you are booking when you make a reservation , as we would prefer upper floor with balcony . Rooftop was excellent. overall good but pricey for what you get

This hotel/STR in PDC had a strict cancellation policy, which was disappointing as I was unable to cancel hours after booking. Additionally, the location was quite far from the hotel/restaurant zone, making it feel a bit dead and uneventful. While the apartment itself was nice, it lacked the essential amenities (such as coffee & cooking stuff) that would have made it feel like a home away from home.

Pros: The accommodation is new, nice and walkable. The pool is good. The parking is empty and available. CONS: Very loud. Some construction going on during day time and loud neighbours at night. Difficulties with lock on my door and had to wait for an agent to come and open the door for me. Internet is not working at all areas of the condo but it probably depends if you get an apartment with WiFi router. I wouldn’t stay again but location is good.
