The property was pet friendly, and I had no issues with the room. Walmart, Costco, and a lot of restaurants within walking distance from Hotel. Staff were very friendly. Really good for the price being so close to downtown San Antonio. This is the cheapest, yet cleanest hotel you will find in the area.

Room was clean, spacious, and nice working AC. Did not have typical amenities like mini toiletries and hair dryer. Towels were tiny and did not have enough for all of us. Checking out was odd since there was no one at the front desk it was closed. I called the staff and they just said to leave it on the desk.

Arrived just before 10pm and was charged a late fee and also had a $379 hold on my debit card which the manager later agreed she wasnt sure why, but still had to argue to get this repaid. Also when asked about house keeping was told that they dont have house keeping unless you pay extra per day, which was not mentioned when booking. Had lots of rubbish left in the drawers on arrival. Also the room had a wierd smell to it during the day, and all night all you could smell was the weed people were smoking in the car park, which was not pleasant for my young family. Also advertised a full kitchen, but no kitchen utensils, silverware, cups or anything.Overall a very poor stay, with poor customer service and lots of hidden fees avoid at all costs!!!

Room had a weird/strong smell. Like a strong chemical, for all of our stay, we had allergy a few days after day. Bed frames were cheap, they moved and made sounds all the time and no shampoo either. Other than that, location was good.
