Staff were very nice. Breakfast waiter was a total gentleman and could not have provided better service. Hotel well located at one end of the promenade if you enjoy walking the 20 mins to main part of town - it is very picturesque. Also 2 mins from ferry stop to the 3 islands.

Great hotel with great links if you want to travel around the lake by boat...the ferry dock is about 2 minutes from the front door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food for breakfast. The hotel is located very close to the lake and ferry stop is just 1 min walk from the hotel. There is about 20 min walk via boardwalk to the center of Stressa. Hotel offers very good breakfast with an excellent service. Rooms are small and not all face the lake. Staff was professional. Nights were quiet and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious with soap and shampoo provided. The place fit me well since I was mostly interested in visiting the islands. Also they have private parking which is a big plus.

Stayed from Jul 18 - 21 2024. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and yet professional. The location of the hotel is very nice, it was 10-20min. of walk going to the main town of stresa. Depends if you have a toddler like us:) The way going to the town is a baywalk, it was wonderful and very peaceful. We are very satisfied and would definitely such a recommended place to stay.

The location of the hotel is good, it's right at the lake and in walkable distance from the downtown area in Stresa. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice balcony. The furniture is outdated and the room lacks some of the basic amenities you'd expect in 3 star hotel. The staff were nice, however, the receptionist didn't provide information about the hotel facilities. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel in Stresa with a geacious atmosphere

We had booked for 3 people originally. 2 rooms, 1 single and 1 double. There was a change in our travel arrangements and we arrived with 4 of us. The rooms unfortunately do not accomodate an extra bed, but they rearranged and made available another single room. The reception was very accommodating, and very helpful. The fact that the property had a parking spot for our car was much appreciated. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Yet it is a short walk on the lakeside boardwalk to town. Moments away from the docks for catching a boat. We enjoyed the friendly service, clean rooms and gracious Stresa hospitality.

Nice clean and quiet hotel. Located very close to the lakes edge. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good in the morning with plenty of choice. There is also an indoor pool. The absolute godsend in the hot/sticky weather was the use of the outdoor pool at the sister hotel. The hotel is about a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Stresa. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a lovely walk along the lakes edge into Stresa.
