This casino do not give free drinks and it was smaller than I remembered. The staff was awesome. I didn't get my Caesar's rewards because I didn't know I went thru Hotels.com. Good games. Food was okay, not great like other casinos, but it was safe and easy to get on games. The tables were packed on the weekend.

Wheelchair accessible room was not ADA accessible at all. There was a false alarm and everyone was told over the speaker to evacuate but - no call was made that it was a false alarm- so I (an ambulatory wheelchair and walker user) had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to exit to the rain to go back in and have the staff standing there refilling coffee as nothing is going on. They could have at least called the people who booked handicapped rooms and told them it was a false alam. I could have been seriously injured.
