DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE

The young woman at check in was rude and unprofessional. The place is not a hotel not even a motel. Dirty and way out of main roads, even Uber drivers could not locate it. That is when we had the correct address. To make sure we had the right address we asked and the young woman at the register gave us a card with address on it and next time when we gave the address to Uber driver he took us to the other site of town. We told the young woman and she said oh with no apology. Next morning the same stack of cards was sitting on the card holder as we checked out early due to bad service. The room was infested with flies as we walked in.

Personne d'Accueil sympa. Cependant de temps en temps je prends des chambres chez Kyriad mais là en fait c'est un Kyrad qui a racheté un campanile, pas tout à fait le même standing, en sus pas insonorisé et au bord d'une voie express de 2 fois 3 voies avec une circulation soutenue. Au regard de cela je n'avais pas très envie de passer une nuit blanche, j'ai après réflexion rendu la clef sans utiliser cette chambre. Bien sûr chambre prépayée avec petit déjeuner pas possible de remboursement par l'hôtel. Je considère que votre annonce est totalement mensongère c'est une tromperie, un Kyriad ne correspondant pas à un Campanile vieillot et pas agréable. je réitère ma demande de remboursement, à défaut je contacterai ma protection juridique car c'est franchement malhonnête Bien à vous
