It’s quite functional but there’s no airconditioning, we had to open the windows but it was noisy and found 2 bugs that might have come in. The bathroom was quite big however, the shower stall was too small. The breakfast offered for a fee did not have hot options. The staff were very helpful though and the rooms are clean.

Ok in a pinch, but nothing special

We booked this hotel because of a missed connection in Madrid. We booked it at the last minute on a Saturday night. It appeared to be out of the 50s...actually had to use a real key. Overall it served our purpose...a last-minute hotel near the airport, but it was pretty much a dive...it was roomy and clean and the bathroom was functional but there was almost no furniture and only one plug that we could find. We could hear the people next door talking and could hear the planes taking off, so not quiet. I thought it was very expensive for what we got.

Poor room amenities, no tea/coffee etc.No air-conditioning, could only find 2 power outlets,bathrooms are very tired,overall it needs a full refurbishment.(Side not the numbers on the room doors are almost impossible to read if you're colour blind as I am). Transport to airport is extra ,20 mins from terminal 4, just a very poor example of Spanish hospitality.

This place is a complete dump and isolated from everything. A few observations: - way way overpriced - entrapment: you pay $10 euro each way for transportation from airport. Nothing around except a not-so-nice, overpriced restaurant with rude people - I stayed at nice hotels during my trip to Spain and this was the most expensive and is equivalent to a run-down motel in the bad part of town in the US (for reference) - A/C turned off automatically at night - bathroom smelled like sewer I would NEVER recommend paying anything for this place. Don’t consider staying here. Their business is park-and-fly and it shows
