Room was clean and was conveniently located for a cross-country drive. I stay at this Red Roof and the one in Erie PA on my drives two or three times a year and they’re consistently clean with friendly staff and very welcoming of dogs… no extra fee is greatly appreciated when you have a sweet easy going dog who causes no harm!

Nearly ruined my girlfriens birthday weekend.

The sheets hadn't been changed. Room was dirty. We changed to another room. Stilll not toal clean, the tv didn't work. The attitude when we checked in was not friendly or polite. We will never stay there again. Also had to pay $100 deposit. I have never had to pay a deposit unless i had my dog with me and then it was oonly $50

For the overall stay there are cheaper options.

Check in took almost 20 min. Not because of me but the guy in front of me having issues with something. And when I got back to our room from going out that night they had no parking available on the property. Even the semi parking was full with vehicles. And there were several other people that showed up after me trying to find a spot. Clearly they have way more rooms than parking.

There was needed some minor repairs meeded in the bathroom. Tub drain wouldn't close and cover around shower head. Also since we needed areas to potty dogs, the area around hotel needed mowing. Otherwise nice stay. Pleasant clerks.

It was adequate given the price-point of Red Roof. The only hassle was at check-in, when the reservation I made never showed up at the front desk. I had to cancel it for a refund from hotels.com and check in as a walk-in.

You get what you pay for!

Overall, the room was fine. The bathroom walls were dirty, with dark smudges, possibly from people touching the walls. My biggest complaint was that there were no towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk after checking in to request towels. The towels i was provided were stained.

The girl at reception couldn’t understand us so it was a bit of a challenge to check in. The room was up a wobbly metal staircase which was difficult whilst carrying cases ect. The room itself was just ok. The door frame on the inside of the room was hanging off exposing nails, the wooden floor looked clean but was not which the socks I put in the bin can attest to. Would I stay again? No
