Most missing and broken stuff ever.

Hardware in the room was in bad shape, both the bedroom (multiple handles broken off of the furniture) and in the bathroom. No drinking cups, or shampoo. The desk chair was missing. The TV remote was very problematic and things were generally shabby.

Not really worth the money

The shower had mold on the walls so we changed rooms. The second room had mold on the walls in the shower also, just not as much. Parts of the popcorn ceiling was falling down throughout the hotel. The front desk employee was very nice. The employee that worked with the breakfast was not so friendly.

Physical security.

Section of the hotel i stayed in seemed to be collapsing. Door wouldn't close fully so it could be pushed open until the latch caught, which allowed visibility into the room. The door dead bolt was barely effective and the slide lock was not plummed due to the door lean.

Here goes. Dried boogers on towels was told we don’t have any clean towels. When asked for manager was told she not here so I asked for general managers phone number then I was offered pool towels. Asked for refund was told have to go through booking agency. Hotels. Com tried multiple times to contact hotel no answer I tried many times also no answer. Pool closed, service was worse I’ve ever seen in a hotel. My advice STAY AWAY From Comfort Suites in Huntsville Alabama.

Well the from people was great. The room were different from pictures. Mold on the shower. Couch was uncomfortable. Elevator was schechy. Breakfast was horrible.

My horrible stay in Huntsville

Very small pillows dingy pillow cases hair in the bed like the bed hadn’t been changed paint falling off the wall, no towels all weekend said they were going to bring towels never did had to go by had to go buy pillows and a sheet set stains all over the couch all out horrible stay I have stayed there before which was last year and it was perfect. They said change in management swimming pool out of commission. This day was just horrible and all the hotels around us were booked so we couldn’t switch

Meh is all I got.

Couch is advertised to be a pull out couch, instead it was a trundle bed with no sheets or pillows. When we asked for sheets and pillows we were told they did not have any clean ones to give us. We were a party of five per our booking and we had two set of towels given to us. We requested more and were again told us they had no clean ones. On the second night we asked again for towels and were told we could have two bath towels. We had to purchase our own wash cloths from the Dollar General. Breakfast was a repeat for the most part. No milk but the cereal was out. We had purchase our own milk and kept it in the in room fridge. Pool is drained for repairs and towels are not being cleaned and refreshed, so I guess they are saving a ton of water!

We checked in around 3:30 pm, and there wasn't any towels,washcloth or toilet tissue paper in the bathroom. We went downstairs and the front desk manager said they would bring us some, they never did. We left to go shopping and when we returned they still didn't put any in our room. Rm 217. I went downstairs and got some from the front desk clerk. The hotel has run down since I last stayed there years ago. Poor management, carpet needs cleaning and the ice maker on the floor didn't work.

Checked on. Front desk staff very friendly. Non smoking room had scent of smoke smell. Bath tub was nasty. Room was questionable if it had been cleaned. Beds were comfortable. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels for family of 6. Buffet was average and only allowed so much milk and juice out at a time. After getting home I was charged 250 for evidence of smoking in our room and we are a non smoking family. This lets me know the staff did not clean our room to start with or was smoking in that room themselves.

The room had issues. It took a while to get the TV to work correctly. The light switch in the bathroom didn't work correctly. The plugs to the bed didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. They didn't have our room ready at 3:00. It wasn't until around 4:00pm that we got in the room. Then they didn't have clean towels available. There was a gap on the bottom between the door and door frame. We folded a towel and placed it in the gap. The desk clerk (Constance) was great. She was friendly and walked us through everything. She felt like a friend before we left.

Should have had a video of Staff in AM. The front desk had between 2-6 in and around desk...talking, laughing, then needing a break to go outside to smoke. All the while work could have been done. I wish the owner would show up. The hotel has possibilities but those will not be reached with staff.
