We didn´t like the fact, that the airconditioning could not be regulated from the room, only from the front desk. The personal had to be informed each time to switch the airconditiong on and off. In addition there was no WLAN available in the room.

A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future.

Beautiful Hotel! I loved the artwork and history the hotel has. The room we had was nice and well put together. The staff was so kind and friendly as well. Lots of choices to eat at breakfast as well and the rooms where breakfast was served was beautiful!!

Not a 5 star hotel

Emailed the hotel 3 days before we arrived to ensure we had a twin room. They confirmed everything was booked correctly. Arrived late in the evening after traveling all day and were given the keys to a double room. Hotel is nowhere remotely close to a 5 star. 4 stars would be generous. Room was filthy with dust everywhere. Breakfast was one of the worst I've encountered.
