The room looked nothing like the photos. There were cockroaches in our room. The only view we had was dead birds. The bathroom was so small and there was no room to stand in it. It was fine for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful but that was about it. There was nothing good about this room, stay somewhere else.

Location is satisfactory but facility is run-down and dirty. Room had rubbish under bed from previous visitors. Insufficient basics such as toilet paper. Shared shower in downstairs hall way had broken showerhead, cracked tiles, smelled musty, light does not stay on while showering. Room much smaller than in the picture. Linen very worn.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I looked underneath the bed after my stay to make sure I didn’t leave anything and they have not cleaned underneath in a very long time, I found dirty tissues and so much dirt under the bed. Nevermind the toilet, GROSS!!! You don’t have a toilet or a shower in your own room. This is a hostel for the price of a hotel. DO NOT STAY

Not this one..

The room was filthy, the sink had hair from previous guest and didnt drain properly. The glass was dirty and there was bloodstains on the wall. I contacted the hotel and the young boy behind the counter informed me that the cleaners would come at clean everything at 18:00. I believed them and went out. I was back to the hotel at 21:00, and everything was the same. The cleaners only cleaned the toilets. After arguing with the employees and Hotels.com for close to 3 hours, I gave back the keys and switched to a different hotel. Do not recommend this place.

I made a formal complaint about this because this place was a joke, the picture on your website is not of the hotel, it’s of the place across the street, the lights didn’t work in half of the room, your pictures show a shower, but it’s downstairs and it stinks, there was hair in the bed, the never cleaned the bed, the television had no signal, the water was cold and the sink was clogged and then when I complained the guy told me to call booking, they don’t care, she even tried to put me in a room I didn’t pick, and lied and told me it was the room I picked. I already complained to booking and disputed the charges. Because they should not get away with treating people like that. Clean up and put some lights in the hallways.

Room had no toilet which was not disclosed when I had booked the room. Nor did staff let me know where there was a toilet. I had to look around the whole building and when I finally found one it was a 1m x 1m cupboard filled with spiders and cobwebs. Bowl was also stained brown. This also meant there was no shower in the room and I didn’t know where there was one, staff did not let me know. Luckily I had a friend nearby. The room was confusing, small bed and weird room lay out, however, had nice windows overlooking the Parisian streets. Hard to find as the reception was in what I can only assume is an out of operation cafe. Wouldn’t stay here again but didn’t have a horrible time.

Det værste hotelophold nogensinde – ulækkert og ua

Jeg har aldrig haft en dårligere hoteloplevelse. Sengen var stenhård, og værelset var ulækkert og ubehageligt at opholde sig i. Der var ingen fungerende aircondition, hvilket gjorde det umuligt at sove uden at svede. Servicen var elendig, og hele stedet føltes mere som et fængsel end et hotel. Bad og toilet ude på gangen var så klamt, at jeg ikke engang ville bruge det. Inde på værelset hang stikkontakterne ud af væggen, og håndvasken var løs og ved at falde ned. Det er fuldstændig vanvittigt at lade gæster bo under de forhold. Det her er uden tvivl et af de værste hoteller, jeg nogensinde har boet på, og jeg ville ikke engang anbefale det til min værste fjende.

Great hotel

Very affordable very clean great area in Paris very close to everything staff where very friendly and helpful definitely worth the price .Communal toilets and showers however they where very clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel if your on a budget or your a student or don’t want to pay a crazy price 9/10 will be visiting again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR ANY REASON. THE LIVING CONDITIONS OF THIS PLACE ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. THE PICTURES YOU SEE ONLINE ARE ALL PHOTOSHOPPED AND IT IS ALL PHOTOSHOPPED, I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE GETTING A ROOM. PAYING 40 BUCKS MORE WILL GET YOU A DECENT ROOM IN PARIS, BUT NOTHING IN THIS PRICE RANGE WILL BE HABITABLE.
