Check in was slow even after having booked a good 2 months in advance, DID NOT GET FIRST FLOOR AS REQUESTED THIRD FLOOR INSTEAD..the room was nice and big and clean BUT the floors were loose and squeaky and loud and bathroom faucet loose so went down to front desk to request a different room of same size,etc. Preferably on first floor...got first floor but NOT SAME SIZE OF KING HANDICAP ETC,WAS MUCH SMALLER!!! After returning to room on first day out at around 8pm, my wife and I were locked out of room! Ridiculous...unacceptable...the front desk person next morning was a big black man who was not very nice at all,grumpy and unwilling to accomidate or communicate with me...maybe because I am white? This was NOT the experience we expected from such a Hotel, and would NOT RECOMMEND OR PAY THE PRICE!
