Older but well maintained building. Few units so likely doesn’t get overcrowded around the pool during busy times (we were at the slowest time of year). Our room was on the second floor and had been renovated. The bed was great, a good-sized fridge, large shower, AC kept the room at a good temperature without feeling too cold. The ceiling fan may have helped, too. Staff was extremely friendly, nice pool. The only complaint could be the floor and outside hallway on the second floor were creaky. Decent breakfast choices and happy hour in the afternoon was good. Downtown Palm Springs was about a 4-5 km walk. There is a small mall 1/2 block from hotel with grocery store, coffee shop, and some restaurants. If you need a rental car, Aztec car rental is about 2 km from the hotel and was about 50% cheaper than anything I found on Expedia. I don’t know if it’s cheaper during low season or not but may be worth checking out.

Our stay was very relaxing. The room was large and well kept. The continental breakfast was good. It was delightful to eat breakfast poolside. The PM happy hour was a nice treat. The staff is friendly and hard working. The hotel is about 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs, but it is much quieter than that tourist area. I highly recommend this adults only hotel.
