The hotel rooms don’t have air conditioning and it may get noisy if the windows are left open. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good. We didn’t mind walking so it didn’t matter to us however if you could walk it is at good location.

Great Location, Friendly Staff

The hotel room is spacious and clean, staff friendly, they offer a free baggage storage, the main plus is a great location. I can highly recommend. Two minuses: no fridge in the room (I honestly don't know if I knew that before) and breakfast has literally same options every day.

Great stay

Good location, within walking distance of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good although continental was a bit random, veg and salad and soups!!! Maybe europeans eat that for breakfast. Room was clean and functional good value for money. Only thing missing was a kettle to make tea. I had to pay 5 euros per night and it didn’t even come with milk pods !! Overall worth the money.

Property is conveniently located for visiting all attractions. The breakfast has a good enough selection but food at other times is limited. Pleasent staff who helped whenever needed. Couple of minor gripes is that shower temp was cold sometimes and although it advertises tv the is only 1english channel - the bbc news. That said if your visiting a country it’s not for the tv but it would be nice to watch something when resting.

Good location and sized room. However the room is absolutely boiling, especially the bathroom. Certain staff members were fairly rude and unwelcoming. The hotel is very stingy, I had to pay for a glass of hot water for my lemsip from the bar that is only open a few days a week, if you want a kettle and tea in your room they will charge you €5 a day. Please note that this hotel does not have laundry like it states.

Hotel Pav review good & bad

You're space heater don't work too well. Breakfast good but your lift to get downstairs is too cold to get into without a jacket. Who wears a jacket or coat when leaving your room to go to breakfast? That should all be indoors. Also you should NOT charge for (still) water if it comes from the tap. If it's free for you, it should be free for us. I declined it because I'm not going to pay money for free water.

The hotel was in a really good area. Breakfast was OK, there was a good variety of food and it was for free. The room was disappointing, it was dark and smelt horrible. The bathroom smelt awful too and was filthy upon arrival (was cleaned next day with room service). I ordered wine for the room as a surprise as we were celebrating my partners birthday, this was warm and glasses were filthy. The hotel staff were incredibly rude, especially the overnight reception man who checked us in - no hello or welcome. Overall really disappointed, was made to feel very unwelcome and would not come back.

Walking distance to everything . I suggest get an app MAPS.ME , it will navigate you to wherever you go without the use of wifi .The hotel is very nice , it gets cleaned everyday with fresh towels . It is across minimart , on the side of the hotel another minimart and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast is really good . My only issue is the first two nights I was asking for ice , no problem . The third night they wanted to charge me 20 czk for a glass of ice . You can buy a 50 pint beer for 23czk in the nearby grocery store . I guess the ice is not owned by the hotel , it is owned by the bar that’s inside the lobby . The hotel doesn’t have ice , you have to buy it in the lobby for 20 czk for a glass of ice .

Poor room. We were located downstairs and it was incredible dark and noisy. You would not expect room without air conditioner. We were unable to leave window open as this was on the ground floor and people could see our room from outside. Daily room service didn't exist. We only had towels changed and I question cleanness of them. I had stayed in 3* hotels and this was more like 1*. Brakefast... Not a lot of choices and food menu poor and low quality. Brakefast service, very arrogant staff, don't bother to ask for anything. Receptionist/s staff were nice, and helpful to us. And also a gentleman who was looking after guest in the afternoon garden was really kind. Location of the hotel was fantastic next to really famous pub which was next door and 2 min to dancing building.
