I was asked for my credit card details to use “as a deposit” in case of problems with my room after I’d paid the room charge. My credit card now shows a charge of 311€ for no reason and I would like a refund as my room was left in good order. The bed was only adequate, the room was the usual standard size for this hotel chain (not very big) the breakfast was expensive considering the limited choice.

Séjour désagréable, isolation des chambres inexistante. Nuisances sonores ( cris , conversations ,etc) provenant du palier et des chambres voisines toute la nuit. Enregistrement impossible à la borne donc attente de plus 1/2 heure à la réception.

Prisvärt övernattning utan krav

Eftersom vi kom inom tiden då receptionen inte var bemannad (till 17:00), så fick vi checka in i en maskin. Bara det att maskinen inte gav oss en nyckel, så det var tur att mannen i receptionen kom. Rummet var litet, rent och sängen bekväm, men det kändes som det inte hade blivit renoverat på länge. Frukost fanns på hotellet, men vi åt aldrig den. Vi gick över gatan till ett annat hotell som har restaurang, som vi åt en god middag. Överlag bra hotell och pris för att övernatta på vägen.
