Air Conditioning not working with 30 degres celsius inside the room, impossible to sleep. The cleaning was not good, spiders on the walls and before going to sleep on the pillow. We arrived late at 23h00 and the key was on a box for the two rooms. Both rooms for my self and my wife, and the room of my daughter were in the same condition. We know it was cheap but this unaceptable. Yesterday I stayed in a room almost at the same price range and it clean and everything was working.

It was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was shabby and it was some sort of shower kit that combined sink, toilet and shower altogether with little separation. There is a big step up to enter and exit that was awkward. Room is tiny but functional. The rate is very low so one night is ok, Staff is terrific.

The shower room / toilet stunk of sewage and had mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The room had no air conditioning (it was broken) so was absolutely boiling as we were on the top floor. Luckily enough the Campanile reception it shared with were kind enough to give us a room at that hotel which was so much more pleasant.

Très déçu par la chambre. L'aménagement de la chambre ne correspondait pas à la chambre réservée, la propreté était douteuse, la chambre vétuste, les robinets de la douché tombaient tout seul ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche. Un établissement très vétuste et sale. Un bon rafraichissement de l'établissement s'avère indispensable. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous logeons dans un Première Classe mais c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçu et pas serein quand au niveau de propreté. Accueil fait au Campanile mais très mal indiqué. Nous avons dû appeler car nous ne savions pas comment entrer. Nous avons du renseigner d'autres clients perdus eux-aussi. 24 heures avant notre arrivée, nous les avons contacté pour prévenir de notre arrivée comme demandé par Hotels.com ; après de nombreux appels sans réponse, nous avons eu une personne agacée qui nous a répondu "qu'est-ce que vous avez tous à nous appeler, vous arrivez vendredi pas besoin de nous prévenir". Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Hotellet er gammel, slidt og rengøring kunne være bedre. Brusekabine er meget lille og pladsen i værelset er meget begrænset. Der er meget lydt og man kan høre alle udenfor. Morgenmaden var virkelig fint med et pænt udvalg. For en enkelt nat er det ok, men ved flere nætter vil jeg vælge et andet sted.
