Checked in and went to the room - bath tub was full of water. The security lock on the door was broken and held on by two loose screws. Discovered around 10 PM our TV was broken besides being unmounted and unsafe. Went to the front desk where she said she’d be right up. An hour later I called from my personal phone because the room phone didn’t work. A young man arrived who jiggled the cords but didn’t know anything else about it. The next morning I took our room keys back and told the same young lady at the front desk. She said “Okay, thank you.” There was no mention of making ithis right, a partial refund, or even an apology. This was a an expensive room. Outside of it’s obvious room issues, the elevator was very “sketch” as described by another visitor, the only ice maker was downstairs and leaking everywhere. I know I won’t stay there again - don’t know if I would use this site again either.
