Zero sleep option

Placed facing the highway, zero sleep was had. All night long, Jake breaking, cars and trucks sounding like they are in your room. Never have I had worst sleep in a hotel. Bed is comfortable — but don’t plan to sleep.

HORRIBLE!

I was very disappointed with our stay at this IHG. The person at the front desk at our check-in on Sept 26, 2025 was pleasant. We got to our room, dropped off our luggage and headed out to visit with our sick uncle. When we got back at about 10:30 pm, it was then we realized the uncleanliness of the room. The bathroom sink had a stain, appeared to be dried up spit, the rim under the toilet bowl was black, shower area was not as clean, couch in the room was dinged and dirty, and chair was scuffed. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was not a problem I told the person at the desk when we were leaving, he made notes to let the manager know and said since we booked with Hotels.com, we would have to let Hotels.com know of our experience This was the first IHG we had a very bad experience.

Perfect for a stop along the way

The welcome was perfect. The room was relatively clean but shabby. It could use some painting, and removing the carpet to put in wood flooring would smell better. The beds were really comfortable! The room overlooked the road, so it was noisy. We appreciated the small refrigerator and the coffee maker with coffee provided. We looked for the pool, but it wasn't filtering at the time, and a lot of "deposits" were floating on it. The breakfast was excellent! Perfect for a stop along the way.
