The Blackbird is an amazing little hidden gem in NOLA! Alvin behind the desk was very helpful and made great drinks at the bar, as well. We did not get the opportunity to use the pool, but it was a beautiful space. The room was very clean and cute, and we were welcomed with a personal note and chocolates! It is definitely a great romantic and intimate place for couples to stay. The only slight issue we had was a slight price discrepancy between Hotels.com and what we ultimately ended up being charged for the stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Keep in mind, it is NOLA and an old building, so the room is small, but very well done. Also, the pool is amazing. People are able to buy a day pass to the pool, so it was very busy one day (4th of July). Having the bar by the pool was great.
