Value for Money

Location is between Oba and Mahmutlar - so you need to get a bus to visit these livelier areas for shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The bus service is very good so that's no problem. Rooms are a good size and clean, breakfast is good, they have a bar for the evenings. In the summer they have their own access to the beach which is a little rocky but still nice. Overall good value for what you pay. Would stay again but remember - not a lot going on around the hotel.

I dident like: you can not use pool inside, really bad and poor WiFe, alle 5 min. Out. Fod like every day and evry time the same. Need more personal. The most of them doent apeak english. No entertaiment. One of the personal "organized" trip to a club. Take money for entry to the club. When we was at the club, we saw entry was free. I like: 1 min. to the beach. Good, low Prise.

Disappointed bad cleaning average food

On first day when we arrived our room was not ready at the midnight I asked about transfer from the airport as it's 2h was booked but nobody was waiting for us I had to find it by my own. Manager transfered us to another was when we don't get even after 18h trip bottle of water ac doesn't work and was so warm. When we arrived after 8am for a breakfast our room was still not ready we had to wait on a beach until noon. Food was not good not tasty cakes had lots of sugar not even some Turkish special food our cakes. Breakfast was completely disappointed and very simply not any note to Any foot what is this..in a room cleaning stuff changed only towels we spent 12 days and our sheets never was changed. We went for 2 days to Trip and we don't get clean towels I drop off them on the ground and noone changed them. Was dirty floor and never hovered. Mirror was never cleaned during all stay. We got room with sea view was was nice but that it's. Room was so noisy we could not sleep there. We heard everything from the street. Beach doesn't look nice not Sand there too much stones so it's not easy to walk into. I will not back there definitely. Drinks it's only beer or wine they charged €6-11 for some cocktails so it's completely overcharge. Only one girl from the reception can speak fluent English some guy talk to us Russian but I said that I don't understand I'm disappointed of this hotel I had to paid for first night but I even Was not there as they transferred to old hotel next too

Styr unna hvis du er glad i god mat! Svært dårlig utvalg med 1-2 retter til middag og generelt lite variasjon. Drikke inkludert i all inclusive er også veldig begrenset. Rom og andre fasiliteter er greit og som forventet med tanke på pris. Stranden til hotellet er liten med mye stein. Det er ikke godt egnet for barn eller personer som ikke har god balanse/styrke i beina. Vi kommer ikke til å dra tilbake hit pga maten. Alle måltidene som var inkludert var svært skuffende.

Das Frühstück war einfach, aber okay. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets bemüht. Bei den Matratzen in unserem Zimmer hat man jede Feder gespürt, sie waren auch sehr hart. Der Service an der Bar war fürchterlich. Getränke, die auf der Karte standen, konnten nicht bestellt werden, da sie nicht in der Lage waren diese zuzubereiten bzw. die Zutaten (z.B. Tonic Water) nicht vorrätig waren.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Hotel. Das Personal war so freundlich und aufgeschlossen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand gegenüber vom Hotel ist schön ruhig und leer. Der Eingang zum Meer ist zwar felsig, aber wenn man ein wenig aufpasst, ist das kein Problem. Es gibt sicherlich einiges zu Verbessern, z.B. die Brotauswahl beim Frühstück oder die Ausbesserung des Tunnels zum Strand. Das hat aber unserer Erholung und dem Spaß, den wir hatten, keinen Abbruch getan.
