Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, and sports massages. We had some issues with our rooms that were not able to be fully resolved and some of the resort amenities were not available during our stay due to maintenance/technical issues; however, the positives far exceeded the minor inconveniences. The service was very patchy and inconsistent though, the food was average at best, and the music was deafeningly loud all across the resort, which is such a pity when the sounds of nature there were so gorgeous.
