We really loved this hotel. Our room had a beautiful view and a great patio so the upgraded room is definitely worth every penny spent. It was an easy walk into San Vito and the beach so it was really perfect! Highly recommend this town and this hotel!

Perfect for families that just want to relax and keep kids entertained so many facilities and the guy was nice enough to say when we check out we are free to stay around at the pool and just hang out as we want for as long as we want. Il monolocale che mi hanno assegnato era pulito ,con angolo cottura fornito di suppellettili ,frigo, e forno.Sito a piano terra , con spazio esterno con tavolo sedie e ombrellone. Comodo Il parcheggio proprio davanti il monolocale. Nel villaggio c' Ăš una piscina.Personale cortese e disponibile.La posizione del villaggio Ăš a pochi passi dal porto e alla spiaggia di San Vito e si puĂČ raggiungere a piedi.

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Struttura un po datata, ma compensa la grandissima professionalitĂ  e cordialitĂ  a partire dal barista agli animatori, dai responsabili di reception ai grandissimi e velocissimi manutentori che hanno risolto un problemino in meno di 10 minuti. Inoltre piscina molto grande e fruibile da tutti. Una mensione speciale per l'eccellente pulizia dei locali e della piscina. Ottimo anche il parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura. Siamo stati coccolati da tutti. Inoltre da non sottovalutare che ci si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla via principale di San Vito e dalla spiaggia. Insomma ritorneremo sicuramente!

Eine schöne Ferienanlage mit hauptsĂ€chlich italienischen GĂ€sten. Unser Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr gerĂ€umig mit Handtuchwechsel. Pool war mit Salzwasser, BademĂŒtzenpflicht. Es gibt Liegen und Sonnenschirme an einem abgegrenzten Strandbereich. Dies haben wir nicht genutzt, da der Strand maßlos ĂŒberfĂŒllt war. GanztĂ€gig sehr laute Animation am Pool. Der Ortskern mit Restaurants und GeschĂ€ften ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Dies war fĂŒr uns ein großer Pluspunkt.

The property is at the edge of the village. So much more calm and further away of the touristique center. Still in walking distance of the beach and the restaurants. The hotel is placed on a little hill and offers a fantastic view to the sea and the mountain. The appartment was spacious and very clean. What I didn‘t like was the loud music around the pool area. I felt like being in a club.

Établissement pas au niveau

Il s’agit d’un village vacances avec animation. Les bĂątiments sont dĂ©fraĂźchis et mĂ©riterait un trĂšs gros entretien (le bĂ©ton s’effrite par endroit). Concernant la piscine, les horaires d’ouverture sont trĂšs limitĂ©s (fermeture entre 12h30 et 15h puis Ă  19h le soir) et le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire. Nous Ă©tions situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de la piscine et il y a beaucoup de musique forte toute la journĂ©e et jusqu’à minuit les animations sont trĂšs bruyantes (ah le karaoke
). Pas au niveau du nombre d’étoiles
 Seul point positif, la rĂ©sidence est Ă  proximitĂ© du centre de san Vito et des plages, donc on peut y aller Ă  pied facilement.

Immaginavo che la struttura non fosse nuovissima, ma non avrei mai pensato che fosse cosĂŹ trascurata l'igiene in ogni suo aspetto: acqua della piscina sporca, bagni adiacenti alla piscina molto sporchi, tanta spazzatura nei cassonetti trasbordanti localizzati vicino ai parcheggi in un punto in cui si passava piĂč volte al giorno, ma soprattutto vergognoso Ăš stato trovare in camera ragnatele e strati di polvere sugli infissi e nei vari angoli del bilocale e biancheria (tovaglie da bagno, lenzuola, guanciali) macchiati e dall'odore nauseabondo. Viaggiando con tre bambini c'Ăš voluto davvero stomaco di ferro e coraggio per fare la doccia, abbiamo usato le ciabatte e i teli mare nostri puliti per asciugarci...fortuna che siamo rimasti solo una notte. Al check out siamo andati via immediatamente anche avendo la possibilitĂ  di potere utilizzare i servizi esterni del villaggio. Tremendo spero possiate migliorarvi.

Eigentlich wĂŒrde ich mindestens 4,5 Sterne geben. Schöne Anlage, nette Leute, toller Pool, perfekte Lage. Das Schlafsofa (wir waren zu viert), war eine Katastrophe. Auch nachdem die Matratze dort ausgetauscht wurde. Jetzt kommt aber das nervigste. Ab 22 Uhr startete die Animation ein extrem lautes Musikprogramm. Teilweise ohne!!! GĂ€ste. Es war echt die Hölle. Es waren viele Familien da, wo die Kinder wieder wach wurden. Vielleicht angemessen in der Hauptsaison aber sicherlich zu 90 Prozent nicht gewertschatzt in unserer Reisezeit. Deshalb der Punktabzug, nicht fĂŒr Familien zu empfehlen
