Nice location to get around the city. Easy to walk many places. The area is under construction so a bit difficult for drivers. Restaurant on site was good. Very good breakfast.

Nice hotel with river views. Would prefer a password protected Wi-fi for guest, as this hotel appears to attracts business clients as well as tourists. Indoor parking spots on site, although may be limited for size of hotel. For tourist, this hotel is within walking distance of the major sites in Limerick City.

The hotel is updating it's water-view restaurant and bar. That's a shame even though the alternative facilities were OK. I was advised that this was the case in advance of my stay but is the only reason why I did not give a 5-star review. Staff were very helpful and welcoming at all times.

We had an amazing stay at the Absolute Hotel and both me and my girlfriend absolutely loved it. The hotel was really clean, spacious and comfortable, and we felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful and made us feel looked after. Nothing felt like too much trouble, which made the whole experience even better. Our room was lovely, with plenty of space, and everything was spotless. The whole hotel had such a nice atmosphere and we felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend the Absolute Hotel to anyone visiting Limerick. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

6/10 Good

Well located and very nice staff. However, reception area smelled off during our stay. Shower was not the cleanest, and was not draining properly. Hallway leading to room also smelled a bit weird. Reception let us know that nearby city work was causing issues with the plumbing, but only after we mentioned the problems with the shower. Lights in our room flickered randomly though it wasn't a huge deal. Restaurant in the hotel is nice and had great chips. Overall it was okay.

8/10 Very good

Super friendly staff. Our room was nice and clean. There was a bit of a mishap with our room on the 2nd day and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. We were moved to a new room and it was bigger, with a lovely view. To further compensate our inconvenience, we were given free dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious and Steve, the staff member helping us with the unfortunate situation, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Location was perfect, as we were able to walk to see all the sights and there were many pub and food options well within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

10/10 Exceptional

Great location on the Island, so easy for the City centre, King John's Castle and even the Rugby ground. Handy car park. Nice rooms that the cleaners maintain and restock every day. We stays on very hot days but the air con made it a pleasure. Lovely staff, a nice mix of local Limerick and migrant voices, on reception and the restaurant. Would recommend and will stay again on my next visit
