The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was very welcoming to my service dog and my grandkids pet. My grandkids loved being able to eat fresh waffles every morning. We were there for a week and we could always get fresh linen and towels. When visiting family in the area, we will always stay there. Also excellent access to interstate and major roadways.

The check in was okay and staff was friendly. The room smell of too my air freshener to him the old cigarette smell. You could tell they had issues with mold in the bathroom and tried to paint over it. The paint was peeling around the seam of the shower/tub at the top. Also found dirty towel in the shower curtain. There was old soap and cigarettes ash on the top near the seams of the shiwer where it meets tge wall

Upon arrival I slipped and fell as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, it had been raining. The parking lot is extremely slick when wet. So be very careful while it's raining, hotel staff didn't seem to care.

Great place to stay.

This is the second opportunity I have had to stay here and will do it again. The location is great, the price is very reasonable, the room is wonderful, it's quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but it smelled so good and will definitely partake next time.

Holes in the walls, mold snd exposed electrical in the bathroom, and a lot of incomplete remodeling projects. Also clearly is not being cleaned regularly, there was crusted food inside the microwave, and the vent fan in the bathroom was covered in dust/lint. Will never stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Where to start...extremely long check in with staff member that didn't seem to know what he was doing. Said our room numbers out loud. This is a huge saftey concern. The elevator smelled really bad. Got off on my floor and a wall of stall cigarettes hit us in the face. There were stains on the carpet, sheets, pillowcases. The comforter had a large tear. Pieces of the counter were missing, mold all along the shower, large hole in the wall, paint chipped on the walls, two stains on the wall the i think were where someone urinated, wallpaper torn off in areas. Over all it was a nightmare. Called my sister to see what her room looked like and it was about the same. We both checked out immediately.

Deceiving! Checking in was good. Walking into our room, was a nightmare. Puke stains on the floor, beds not made properly, dirty cover/sheets. Told staff about the room so we changed to a different room, another nightmare! The foul odor of smoke covered the room, window wide open, which is a hazard to small children. Fresh bloodstains on sheets. Absolutely never coming here again. We ended up leaving , told the staff we couldn’t stay and that we would be leaving. Asked for a refund, but because it was through a 3rd party we had to go through that. Understandable. We left and went to The holiday inn across the rd. Microtel definitely needs to do something about housekeeping and some remodeling and also maybe Dj side ring new management because this is definitely in called for and disgusting!
