Clean great service

Place is clean and the housekeeping is wonderful. Even the parking lot is clean. Front desk much friendly from before and I appreciate that.

Muskogee Gem

We had a very nice stay. We were only in the room overnight. Management was very nice. The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but I’m being picky. Overall we had a great experience and will stay again when in the area.

Good Value For Money!

The facility is nice and the room is clean. The staff can be more friendly. There are no amenities like; breakfast or coffee in the lobby. I am not a fan of coffee in the room.

The pet fees were excessive, but understandable if the property has had bad experiences. Whatever they use in the rooms for freshener or cleaner was headache inducing. We tried running the fan with the doors and window opened to no avail. The rooms were otherwise clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great roadside motel!

There were lots of bad reviews for this place. I am not sure why. I did see a new management sign so maybe they were before the new management. Bottom line, I have stayed at many roadside motels in my travels, some good, some horrible. This one in the top ten percent. Well worth the value. Big TV's, fast internet, comfortable beds, and clean, clean, clean.

Looks bad, Smells worse

Staff is nowhere to be found. Have to call to get them to come to the desk. Repairs and maintenance looks like it was done by a high school student for extra change. Room smelled like old socks, air conditioner quit in early morning hours. Woke up dripping with sweat.

I had a great stay at Americas Best Inn. The hotel was very quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The staff was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. It was the perfect hotel for a short stay and made the experience comfortable and stress free. They did serve breakfast from 6am to 9am which was nice, but after breakfast hours there were no lunch options or vending machines available, and the snacks, water, and sodas were cash only. Other than that small inconvenience, everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay again and truly appreciate the great service from the staff!

I paid to stay the week of Christmas and after the first night the owner that was not in town insisted that I pay a pet fee and when I didn't move fast enough she insisted that I leave and she kept my money didn't you give me a refund said I stole some towels and some pillows so very inconvenient because I spent the holiday sleeping in my car

First they wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation because they didn’t want to give me my money back after I had accidentally scheduled me reservation for the wrong day. When I show up at 1:45 p.m. to check in they told me that check in time wasn’t until 2 p.m. but the room wasn’t ready so I can’t check in until 3. Not only was she rude about it she also had a bad attitude towards me. So I come back at 3 and check in! Then after I get into the room she comes to my room telling me the room wasn’t clean yet and she was trying to get into the room after I told her it had been cleaned but she was very persistent on trying to get into the room saying it wasn’t clean yet and I told her again that it had been cleaned and she said it hadn’t been vacuumed but it didn’t matter at this point because I done put all my stuff in the room so I said it was ok and she asked are you sure and I said yes I’m sure it’s ok because I done had to wait for an hour to get into a room that wasn’t ready yet but when able to get into the room it wasn’t properly cleaned yet and all I wanted was my money back the day before but they weren’t going to do that so I had to stay at this dirty, rude, not ready yet hotel that could have simply given my money back and not get this bad review!
