The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself had everything you need, including a Smart TV, safe, and mini-fridge. The facilities were well-maintained and all was cleaned regularly. Needed a reasonably priced comfortable hotel with 4 individual rooms with en-suite to visit Rome . It’s not central Rome but a short walk to the metro and your in the heart in 20 minutes , plenty of shops cafes near by .

Nice small hotel

We saw some bad reviews on the hotel, but it looks like they are handling them. The were very kind and helpful. The pool had been neglegted, but they were definately trying to get it clean again. We used every day. Its a nice little hotel in the suburb. Definately a place we would come back to…. And its very easy to go to rome by bus, ehich is just outside

Good location between two Metro stations but the hotel has seen better days. We only stayed one night on the last day of our trip so it was ok as the price was good. I hope its true that it will get some much needed tlc soon.

Our room did not have any blankets or towels. The room smelled like and ashtray and urine. We spoke to the lobby associate who told us that the rooms did not include towels or bedspreads/blankets. He also said he was unaware of a smell since it was just cleaned and that no he did not have another room. We left and went to another hotel.

There was a really bad smell in the hotel and in the room. When we left the hotel, the smell stuck on all of ours clothes. The washroom is right next to the bed, and it didn’t close well, so you just had to sleep next to that. The room is also very small. The bed and the pillow were way too soft and sinks. In general, the room wasn’t in good condition. Positive: it’s right next to a metro and a supermarket
