Terrible customer service. We paid for a 2 bed room and were put in a room w 1 full size bed. Extra towels, shampoo, etc were extra cost, outside Tre exterior door was rat infested. Yuk.

The room itself was fine. It was the people staying there that made the experience not so great. My first night after driving 21 hours straight to Memphis, all I wanted was to get some rest, well the fire alarm went off twice and then there was a power outage . The rest of my stay, you could hear people fighting throughout the night and at one point it sounded like my neighboring room was getting work done because you could hear power tools and hammering going on.

Never again...dirty...bad attitudes..within staff...and unsavory individual lurking on the property..

The new Management is not customer service oriented. I brought my own towels and informed them that I did not need room service. Came back from dinner and my towels were replaced but nothing else was cleaned or emptied. They owe me four towels!

Staff was friendly, waited for my late arrival and was very helpful. Room was clean spacious and quiet. Left my bike on the bike rack on the car and was very secure with the night watchmen.

This is brand new no receptuon or breakfast area, bad internet, all rooms have kitchen but you have to buy dishes. You must leave 50$ deposit they might be afraid you steal the bed. If you arrive early they ask you to pay for 10$ x hour for advanced check in

I gave this stay a low rating because the room I booked was not the room I received. I specifically booked a room with two double beds because I was traveling with my family of five—two adults and three children. When we arrived, the person assisting us told us they did not work at the front desk and gave us a key to a room with only one bed. I went back downstairs and explained that this was not the room I had booked. I was then given another key and told to try a different room. Unfortunately, when we entered that room, it also only had one bed. At that point, my family was exhausted and tired from traveling, so we ultimately had no choice but to stay in the one-bed room. Having three children and two adults in a room with only one bed was extremely uncomfortable and not what I paid or booked for. The biggest issue was not simply the room itself, but the fact that I tried to get the situation corrected and was still given another room that did not match my reservation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and room assignments so other families don't experience the same problem.
