J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était belle, propre et confortable. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et disponible. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, parfaite pour se détendre. Le cadre extérieur est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Je recommande vivement cet établissement — un endroit idéal pour se reposer et profiter d’un séjour agréable.

Fui sólo una noche, pero me trataron muy bien. Los alimentos ricos,noero eso sí, caros. La habitación muy bonita, amplia, limpia, la cama muy cómoda. La alberca muy bien y el dia que pase en la alberca no estuvo llena, de hecho sólo estaba yo éso me gustó mucho. Obvio regresaré a este hotel en mi próximo fin de semana de relax.

Deja mucho que desear, malas condiciones

Una mala experiencia en general con este Hotel. Antes era de la cadena Marriot y recientemente lo adquirió Fiesta Americana. Sin embargo sigue en malas condiciones en la mayoría de las areas. Aqui mis comentarios a Detalle: * Precios de los alimentos son caros, excesivamente altos y fuera de lo razonable * Solo han remodelado las areas de mayor vista como son la Recepción, el Bar, el Restaurante y la Tienda. * Todo lo demás esta parcialmente remodelado o de plano no esta totalmente funcional. * En Malas condiciones: Jungla/Area de juegos infantiles/ areas de la casita del arbol/ SPA * Las habitaciones, sin remodelar, mismo mobiliario viejo o maltratado. Con parcial olor a humedad * Instalaciones funcionales, sin remodelar, pero en estado aceptable para su uso: Cancha de Tenis, Sala de Juegos, Albercas, triciclos, cancha de Futbol rápido * El servicios es deficiente en varias areas, carecen de personal y dobletean empelados en varias areas. Lo que alenta el servicio si hay un poco de demanda * La recepción lenta( se tardaron +10 mins en poder realizar el check-in, solo una persona atendiendo Creo que para el nivel de la marca de Fiesta Americana, este hotel todavía no debería estar en función. Muchas carencias y un evidente falta de inversión.
Pero el area esta en mantto y con humedad

Si pueden irse a Rancho San Diego Mejor

Cambiaron de Marriot a Fiesta Americana, implementaron cambios en mi opinión para mal, antes el restaurante estaba malo ahora es peor, las albercas super mugrosas, me encontré "bolas de cabellos" en todas las albercas, personal insuficiente, pedí hot dogs en la zona de alberca -nadie me atendio-, Room service y recepción NADIE contestó. No se si hay menos personal, la llegada y salida pésimo" MEJOR RANCHO SAN DIEGO

No sirve la alberca de afuera. La temperatura de la alberca de adentro muy fria. Los baños de la alberca techada fatal. No dejaban bien la habitación. Se inundó mi lavabo y se mojaron todas mis cosas. Restaurente en remodelacion. Servicios de alimentos solo en el bar, muyvincomodo para comer. Barnizando el restaurante generado una nube de barniz provocando tos a los huéspedes. Y no aviaan antes de reservar que el hotel no está al 100! Busque varias veces al gerente y nunca estuvo

Vecinos muy ruidosos que quisieron abrir nuestra habitación por afuera y luego desde su habitación a la 11 de la noche, lo cual nos asustó mucho. Necesita mantenimiento en ciertas áreas y el check out y check in muy lentos. Para ir en pareja mejor otro hotel, si prefieres ir con niños creo que es una gran opción ya que es gigante y tiene un buen de amenidades
