The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. Also there were no amenities such as shower cap or makeup remover pads, body lotion. Alex did get some for me but it would be nice to provide those in the room.

Nous demandons d en bénéficier . LA REPONSE AHURISSANTE DE LA PROPRIETAIRE : PAS POSSIBLE CAR VOUS AVEZ RESERVE PAR EXPEDIA MAIS JE VOUS METS EN LISTE PRIORITAIRE MAIS VOUS DEVREZ PAYER 190 EUROS PAR PERSONNE SOIT 380 EUROS ET 160 EUROS POUR LA CHAMBRE ! Hôtel très bien situé. Arrivée tardive à cause du bateau retardé mais veilleuse de nuit exceptionnelle ainsi que la réceptionniste du matin et l’équipe du petit déjeuner buffet qui est délicieux. Merci à tout le monde ! Je recommande fortement cet hôtel et je reviendrai dès que possible pour tester le SPA cette fois ci !

Chambre sur la mer très bruyante : sans climatisation : très chaude or la climatisation centrale n'était pas fonctionnelle donc on a trop chaud et on dort mal , ou on a moins chaud fenêtre ouverte et on dort mal à cause du bruit La direction nous a mis sur l'arrière ( vue médiocre) avec un ventilateur .
